Content Excellence:

  • Clear content leader across the HCM function and technical SAP HCM
  • Able to develop propositions, write articles, lead conferences and conduct research in that area
  • Able to lead proposals and bids in area of expertise, or contribute to large bid
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Builds immediate credibility with key clients

Client Development:

  • Can contribute to the overall shape of a solution for a HCM proposal, as well as detailed procedural or functional sections
  • Can identify and escalate business development opportunities
  • Understands the commercial environment for the delivery of solutions


  • Strong client facing Consultancy experience
  • Minimum of 5 full SAP HCM project lifecycles
  • Project delivery clients in at least three industry sectors
  • Solid implementation, configuration, functional and technical experience
  • Experience of creating solutions which go beyond the core SAP HCM functionality
  • Experience of other modules/processes
  • Language skills or project experience outside the UK is desirable
