SAP Programme Manager / Director
Job Function:
- Relationship and delivery ownership for existing large accounts. Responsible for delivery excellence, managing key stakeholder relationships, managing revenue and margin, generating new opportunity within the account and provide project delivery guidance and leadership.
- The primary purpose is to manage and grow existing client relationships. A strong delivery background is crucial.
- Experience in generating customer need, and selling on work within in a customer is also important.

The candidate will have to manage profitable delivery across all of these lines of business. Key Objectives:
- Be the single point of accountability for relationship with a small number of tier 1 clients
- Perform a project assurance role, maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders, providing guidance and leadership to the delivery team
- Increase revenue and protect margin
- Create need within the client, subsequently generating new opportunity
- Direct content and thought leadership to key personnel within the account in order to influence and open up opportunity
- Lead and manage the client team

Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
- Good Degree / Tier 1consulting company pedigree
- SAP Delivery Experience
- Demonstrable influencing skills
- Proven tier 1 client delivery success
- Strong content knowledge in programme management.
- Content knowledge within business consulting disciplines would be an advantage (e.g. Shared Service, Org Design, Strategy)
